King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 chicken breasts, stewed, boned and chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green or red pepper
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    chicken stock
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    garlic salt to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes, crushed
Preparation
    Combine chicken, onions and green pepper.
    Layer alternately with tortillas which have been dipped into hot chicken stock just long enough to soften, in a 3-quart buttered casserole dish.
    Top with grated cheese, chili powder and garlic salt.
    On top, add the the following in order and layer: chicken soup, mushroom soup and tomatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
