Jessica'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium size potatoes, cooled with skin on, peeled and grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    Put into a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish (glass is okay).
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
