Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. water
1 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 large carrots, grated
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. cloves
Preparation

Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
In a large saucepan, put the sugar, water, raisins, margarine, carrots and spices.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Cover the pan and let it stand for 12 hours.
