No Fat Oatmeal Apple Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1 c. quick oats
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
    3/4 c. skimmed milk
    1 chopped apple
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg; stir in remaining ingredients, mixing just until moistened.
    Pour into 12 greased muffin cups until 3/4 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve cool or piping hot with butter.
