Low-Fat Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted unbleached flour
    1/2 tsp. Butter Buds powder
    2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. canola oil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Blend flour with Butter Buds.
    Add oil gradually, mixing with a fork.
    When all of oil is added, work mixture until it is the size of small peas.
    Gradually add just enough water until dough is moist enough to form a ball.
    Roll out and line pie pan.
    If pie is cut in eighths, each serving of crust will have 4 grams fat.
