Meatballs On A Skewer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. chopped meat
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated cheese (preferably Locatelli)
    chopped parsley (preferably Italian)
    salt and pepper
    sliced Di'Italiano bread (partially stale or frozen)
    large chunk Mozzarella cheese
    many eggs
    1 container Italian bread crumbs
    olive oil
    water
Preparation
    You will need at least 6 metal 6 to 8-inch skewers.
