Picnic Cornish Hen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Cornish hen, rubbed with salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 slices bread, cut and toasted for bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. minced green onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Rub each hen with salt and pepper and 1 tablespoon mustard. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Place in square of foil and fold to center.
    Add onion and tablespoon butter, then fold over the foil tightly.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 45 minutes, then open foil and bake for 15 more minutes.
