Baked Pork Chops And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lean pork chops
    3 medium squash, thinly sliced
    1 large Vidalia onion, sliced
    1 large potato, sliced
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. water
    seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Season pork chops to taste.
    Place in a deep glass dish.
    Add a layer of each:
    squash, onion and potato.
    Divide butter and place on top.
    Pour 1 cup of water over the ingredients.
    Cover; cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
