Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    4 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. warm water
    sea salt or regular salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water. Add salt and flour.
    Knead until smooth. Cover and let rise about 15 minutes. Divide dough into 16 portions. Roll each into narrow rolls and shape pretzels. Dip each pretzel in soda solution and sprinkle with salt.
    Place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
