Strawberry Shortcut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries
    1 small box strawberry Jell-O
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Generously grease bottom only of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle marshmallows over bottom of pan.
    Combine Jell-O (dry) with strawberries and set aside.
    In a large bowl, blend rest of ingredients until moist, then beat for 3 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter evenly over marshmallows in pan.
    Now pour strawberry mixture evenly over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
    Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
    As the cake bakes the strawberries sink and the marshmallows rise and glaze the top.
