Spinach Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
    4 eggs
    1 stick melted butter
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 small container cottage cheese
    1 small chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour in a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until brown.
