Chocolate Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chocolate (unsweetened)
1 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. coffee
10 large eggs
Preparation

Chop chocolate and cube butter.
Melt over double boiler.
Add sugar and coffee.
Mix well to combine.
Cool until just warm. Whisk the eggs together and then add to chocolate mixture.
Whisk well.
Pour into a 9 or 10-inch spring-form pan that has been greased and dusted with sugar.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until set.
Cool then refrigerate.
Release pan sides.
Garnish with sweetened whipped cream and semi-sweet chocolate curls.
