Dieter'S Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice
    1 pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding
    2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    light Cool Whip
Preparation
    Using a wire whisk, blend pineapple and yogurt together. Slowly blend in sugar-free vanilla pudding, stirring all the time. Divide into 1/2 cup servings.
    Add a tablespoon of Cool Whip when serving.
    Enjoy.
