Cauliflower In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. thinly sliced cauliflower
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 c. California white table wine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in large, heavy frying pan; add cauliflower, celery and onion.
    Combine bouillon cube, wine, salt and pepper; pour over vegetables.
    Cook quickly over high heat, turning constantly.
    Cook until vegetables are barely tender and still crisp, about 7 or 8 minutes.
    Serve at once.
