Sister-In-Law'S Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 peaches, peeled and sliced
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1 stick margarine
    5 slices white bread
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place fruit in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Cut crusts from bread and cut each piece into five fingers. Place bread over fruit.
    Mix sugar, flour, egg, vanilla and butter (melted).
    Pour over fruit and bread fingers.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
