Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small zucchini
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 large eggs
    1 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Puree zucchini.
    There should be 1 1/2 cups.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan.
    In large bowl, mix zucchini, flour and remaining ingredients, except walnuts.
    Beat at low speed until just mixed.
    Increase speed to high; beat 2 minutes or until smooth.
    Stir in walnuts.
