Sopapillas Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. lukewarm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    5 1/2 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Knead for 5 minutes.
    Let raise in covered bowl for at least 2 to 3 hours.
    Then roll dough about 1/8-inch thick.
    Then cut into squares or as big as you want them. Fry in Fry Daddy or at 375\u00b0.
