Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    thinly sliced tomatoes and green peppers (for garnish)
Preparation
    Blend turkey with salt, thyme, pepper, egg, celery and onion until well blended.
    Put in buttered pan.
    Shape into loaf. Smooth top and sides with spatula.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until golden.
    Before serving, arrange tomato slices and peppers over top.
    Slice to serve.
    For 8 servings, double recipe.
