Sausage Toast Hors D'Oeuvre - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 loaf party (cocktail) rye bread
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    small onion, minced
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion.
    Cut Velveeta into small pieces and add to warm sausage to allow to melt.
    (Microwave if needed.)
    Put mixture on bread.
    Warm in oven at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese melts.
    Serve hot.
    A great recipe to make ahead and freeze.
