Vegetable Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
3 Tbsp. oil
5 mushrooms
2 sticks celery
1 onion
1 large green pepper
Preparation

Chop up onion, mushrooms, pepper and celery.
Heat the oil in a frying pan until it gets hot.
Place the onion in the pan and cook until they turn brown, then place the remaining vegetables in the pan.
Next, beat up the eggs and mix them with the vegetables.
Add some salt and pepper for seasoning.
Fry the contents on a low flame.
