Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Jif creamy peanut butter
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1 1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine peanut butter, shortening, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
    Beat at medium speed until blended.
    Add egg and beat until blended. Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
    Add to creamed mixture at low speed.
    Mix just until blended.
    Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
    Flatten slightly in crisscross pattern with fork.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes.
    Cool 2 minutes before removing from baking sheet. Yields 3 dozen.
