Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. flank steak, sliced 1-inch thick strips
1 c. undiluted beef consomme
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. green onions, chopped with tops
1 clove garlic, minced or mashed
3 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp brown sugar or honey
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except steak.
Marinate steak in marinade overnight.
Grill to desired doneness.
