Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. fat
    2 c. stewed tomatoes
    3/4 c. precooked rice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Core and clean peppers.
    Leave whole.
    Parboil 5 minutes. Brown meat and onion in fat.
    Add tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and simmer until rice is almost tender.
    Add cheese.
    Stuff peppers and stand upright in baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 320\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until hot.
    Sprinkle with more cheese; let melt.
