Baked Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 catfish fillets
    8 oz. creamy Italian salad dressing
    6 oz. Eagle Crispy Thins potato chips, crushed
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place fish in baking dish.
    Pour salad dressing over it.
    Sprinkle potato chips and cheese generously over top of fish.
    Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
