Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 cans cream-style corn
    1 c. cornbread mix (Jiffy)
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 small can/jar pimento (optional)
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add rest of ingredients and stir hard.
    Put in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Also can top with Cheddar cheese.
