Bob'S Argentine Boiled Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. garbanzo beans
    2 lb. short ribs
    1 lb. salted pork
    1 hen
    2 Spanish sausages or brat
    6 carrots
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 green mango pepper, chopped
    6 white potatoes
    6 turnips
    6 onions
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    6 slices squash
    6 tomatoes
    1 small head cabbage, cut in wedges
Preparation
    Boil 4 quarts of water with ribs, chicken and salted pork for 2 1/2 hours. Add sausages, carrots and turnips.
    Boil 1 more hour. Add rest of the ingredients and boil 1/2 hour more.
    Serve meat surrounded by vegetables.
    Liquid can be used for soup.
