Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
4 to 5 chopped apples (McIntosh or Jonathan)
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. gold raisins (optional)
Preparation

Place sugar, oil, eggs, salt, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and vanilla in mixing bowl.
Beat with wooden spoon or use electric mixer until ingredients are well blended.
Add apples, half of nuts and raisins and blend.
Turn batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with remaining nuts and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
