Hash Browns Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 to 18 oz. southern style hash browns (Idahoan)
8 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stack buttery crackers, crushed
1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Pour into long, greased cake pan.
Top with crackers mixed with margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and beginning to brown. With a toothpick, test a bit of potato.
If not quite done or if casserole is still too soupy, return to oven until golden brown. It will thicken as it cools.
