Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fish (any kind)
    Ritz crackers
    lemon juice
    garlic
    onion
    parsley
    margarine
Preparation
    Wash fish with lemon juice.
    Mix crushed Ritz crackers. Sprinkle with garlic, onion and parsley; dot with butter.
    Fold over so it is evenly coated.
    Sprinkle with more stuffing, lemon juice and butter dots.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 for 5 to 7 minutes.
