Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. sugar
    1 large pkg. Fritos
    1 c. chopped onion
    6 slices cheese
Preparation
    Saute meat; drain. Add other ingredients, except Fritos, 1 chopped onion and cheese. Use Fritos, onion and cheese in greased casserole dish. Layer ingredients,
    start with Fritos and end with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
