Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French onion soup
1 can beef broth
1 1/4 c. rice
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Brown pork chops; set aside.
Melt margarine in oblong pan. Add soup, broth and rice in pan.
Place chops in pan on top of mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
