Herbed Crusted Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cracked pepper
Parmesan croutons
2 Tbsp. herbs de provena
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 (8 oz.) fish fillets
Preparation

Brush fillets with olive oil.
Blend croutons and herbs to fine consistency in food processor.
Coat fish on both sides with bread crumbs.
Place on roasting rack in oven and roast at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve immediately.
