Perfect Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 - 7 tart large apples (3 different kinds works best)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. apple spice
dash or 2 of salt
Preparation

Put all in a bowl with pared and sliced apples. Mix well. Set aside while preparing pie pan with crust. Line pie pan with thin rolled crust (top and bottom crust needed). Bake in 400 degree oven for 50 minutes or until lightly brown and apples are tender.
