Asparagus Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans asparagus, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Drain asparagus.
    Mix with flour.
    Mix in beaten egg.
    Heat 1/4 cup oil.
    Drop batter by tablespoons into hot oil.
    Turn once.
