J.O.'S Sweet Potato Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. pecan halves
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Mix potatoes, sugars, spices, salt and flavoring. Add eggs. Combine thoroughly. Stir in pecans and pour into pie shell. Bake 45 minutes. Then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake additional 10 minutes. Cool and serve.
