Lemon Berry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese, softened (microwave 15 to 20 seconds)
1 graham cracker pie crust (6 oz.)
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) thawed Cool Whip
1 pt. strawberries, hulled and halved
2 c. cold milk
2 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla or lemon flavor instant pudding and pie filling
Preparation

Beat cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar in medium bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
Stir in lemon peel and juice.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the Cool Whip.
Spread evenly in bottom of crust. Press strawberry halves into cream cheese layer.
Save some strawberries for a garnish if you like.
