Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. canned salmon
    1 well beaten egg
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 to 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Melt butter; add flour, stirring until smooth.
    Add 1/2 cup milk gradually and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, until thick. Add 1 pound salmon, 1 egg and 1 cup crackers.
    Cool and shape into patties.
    Roll in 1 egg, then in cracker crumbs.
    Fry in hot oil until brown on both sides.
    Moist and no fishy taste.
