Stuffed Hog Maw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fresh pig's stomach
    1 medium cabbage
    4 to 6 potatoes, pared and diced
    1 small onion, minced
    1 1/2 lb. fresh bulk pork sausage
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soak pig's stomach in salt water for one hour.
    Rinse.
    Mix together remaining ingredients.
    Stuff the mixture into the pig's stomach tightly.
    Close stomach with skewers.
    Bake in roast pan with 3 cups water at 375\u00b0 for about 4 hours.
    Slice thickly and serve.
