Fat-Free Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced, cooked and chilled potatoes
    1/2 c. fat-free salad dressing or mayonnaise
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. sweet hot mustard (Hickory Farm)
    1/2 c. sweet pickle juice (bread and butter)
    1/4 c. Vidalia sweet onion relish or 1/2 cup chopped Vidalia onion
    1 Tbsp. celery seed or 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except potatoes. Stir until smooth.
    Add small amount of salt and pepper to potatoes.
    Stir all ingredients together until well blended.
