Tuna Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked macaroni
1 large can tuna, drained
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and cut up
3 tomatoes, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
spinach leaves
Preparation

Combine macaroni, tuna, artichoke hearts and tomatoes.
Toss lightly.
Mix together salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, oil and vinegar.
Pour dressing over tuna and macaroni mixture and toss thoroughly.
Chill until ready to serve.
Serve on well washed spinach leaves.
Serves 4 to 6.
