Pork And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork cubes
1/2 lb. veal cubes
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 green pepper, diced
1 jar diced pimento
1/2 lb. American cheese, shredded
1 small can mushrooms
8 oz. pkg. narrow noodles, cooked
Preparation

Brown meat in butter.
Add broth.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients and bring to boil.
Place in buttered casserole.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes in 300\u00b0 oven.
