Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can applesauce
1 1/4 sticks melted oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 level tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins

Preparation

Mix the applesauce, oleo and vanilla. Add the flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Add the chocolate bits, pecans and raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a greased and floured angel food pan.
Serves 18.
