Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded wheat bran cereal
    1/2 c. regular oats (uncooked)
    1/2 c. corn meal
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder and sugar. Mix bran, oats and corn meal together; stir in egg and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Pour into greased muffin pans, filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serve warm or split and toast.
