Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. yellow squash
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. pimentos
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. cheese (American or Cheddar)
    1/2 stick margarine
    bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash in small amount of oil, together with onion and bell pepper.
    Mix all remaining ingredients, except eggs.
    Let cook about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add eggs and season to taste.
    Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
