Cashew Chicken(Oriental) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sliced raw chicken breast
    3/4 c. snow pea pods
    1/2 c. bamboo shoots, drained
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. cashews
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. water
Preparation
    Heat wok over high heat.
    Add oil and swirl around until wok is coated.
    Sprinkle in salt.
    Add chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add pea pods, bamboo shoots, mushrooms and chicken broth.
    Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
    Carefully stir in nuts and sugar.
    Mix cornstarch with water to form paste.
    Add cornstarch mixture to chicken and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and serve.
    Serves 4.
