Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. margarine or butter
1 small or medium onion, chopped
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can broccoli cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced (approximately 3 1/2 c.)
Preparation

In skillet over medium heat in hot margarine or butter, cook onion until tender.
Stir in soup, milk and pepper.
Heat to boiling.
Add potatoes. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally. Garnish with sage if desired. For cheesier flavor, add 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese to soup.
