Bethany'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    6 oz. cubed Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender; drain. In saucepan melt butter; blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk; cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Mix cheese sauce with macaroni.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
