Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 chicken breasts
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts until done.
    Debone and cut into bite-size pieces.
    Cook rice.
    Mix broth, mushrooms, flour and butter.
    Cook over low heat until thickened.
    Add milk and salt. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Mix with rice.
    Add chicken pieces and mix.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
