Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, finely chopped or 1/4 tsp. powdered garlic
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 Tbsp. snipped parsley
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. dried oregano
3 c. grated zucchini
Preparation

Mix eggs and oil; stir in remaining ingredients, folding in zucchini last.
Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cut in squares and serve warm or cold.
