Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2/3 c. water
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    onions
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Add water, lemon juice and oil.
    Beat until frothy. Add flour, baking powder and salt.
    Beat until blended.
    Divide onions into rings and dip in batter.
    Cook in 1-inch oil at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
    Drain on paper.
